The exercises found in this program are LOW impact and are meant to help you reconnect to your deep inner core unit as well as pelvic floor muscles. It requires no level of fitness and it can be done anywhere at any time.
It depends on the program you chose! Home ZERO is meant for people who want to train quickly and effectively anywhere without any equipment needed. I'd say the session might take up to 30-45 minutes. You don't have to keep up with me, the point is you go your own pace and rhythm. The + is that you can schedule your workouts exactly how you like and make fitness fun. Strong Glutes V2 requires some equipment and workouts are more complex, you can also find supersets so the sessions might take up to 45 minutes - 1 hour. I'd say it depends on everyone's time and level but every session is designed to take you less than 1 hour.
